The CZ Scorpion is an awesome compact 9mm carbine…
And the civilian version, the EVO 3, is an ideal self-defense weapon and just a really fun gun to plink with at the range…
Now with a full-length Picatinny rail on top of it and included back iron sights, this carbine is ideally suited for a red dot sight…
The question is… What’s the best CZ Scorpion red dot sight…?
That’s a question I’ll be answering for you in this post, and I’ll be doing that by giving you my list of the Top 5 red dot sights for the CZ Scorpion EVO 3…
By the end, you should have a clear idea of what some of the best red dot sights for the CZ Scorpion are…
And you should have all the information you need to determine which is going to work best for you…
Let’s get to it!
CZ Scorpion Red Dot – Top 5 List…
The best CZ Scorpion red dot sight is the Aimpoint Micro T2. It’s the best because it’s an extremely rugged optic with ultra-long battery life and a very clear view through the lens…
It’s also incredibly lightweight, so it won’t weigh down your Scorpion, and it’s generally regarded as one of the best red dot sights that is currently available…
Below I’ll give you more detail explaining why I think the Micro T2 is the best red dot for the Scorpion…
And I’ll also share with you 5 other fantastic red dot sights that you should consider…
1. Aimpoint Micro T2 (Best Overall Pick!)
The Aimpoint Micro T2 takes the top spot on my list as the best red dot sight for the CZ Scorpion, and there are several reasons why. To begin it’s extremely tough…
It has a very rugged sight housing that is made from high-quality aluminum, and it’s water resistant in up to 80ft of water (which means you could actually take it SCUBA diving if you wanted to)…
It also has super long battery life which will last for around 50,000 hours, and that means you can leave the sight turned on at all times (so it’s always ready to go) without having to worry if your battery is going to die on you…
The Micro T2 also has multiple brightness settings, including an ultra-bright setting, eight daylight settings, and four night vision compatible settings, and that makes it easy to dial in the optic to the perfect brightness for the lighting conditions in which you’re shooting…
And the cutting-edge optical coatings from Aimpoint provide a super-clear sight picture with a crisp 2 MOA dot reticle. 2 MOA is a great dot size in my opinion because it’s very quick and easy for your eye to pick up (which allows you to shoot very fast) but at the same time, it’s small enough that it allows you to aim with a great deal of precision at targets in the distance…
The anodized surface coatings and impact-resistant construction mean this little sight can take a beating and keep coming, plus the adjustment turrets are protected by the sight housing from getting bumped or even snapped off accidentally…
Now, with the Scorpion being a carbine (or even a legal pistol in some cases), the less weight you add to it, the better, and the Micro T2 is super light at just 3oz. So it will keep your carbine light and fast into action, and it makes the Scorpion really handy to use in close quarters…
So all in all, I think the Aimpoint Micro T2 is still the king of red dot sights, and because it’s super reliable, has long battery life, and has an excellent reticle size, I think it’s a fantastic optic for the CZ Scorpion EVO.

2. Trijicon MRO 1x25mm 2MOA Reticle
Number 2 on my list is the Trijicon MRO, and there are many reasons why it’s a great optic. For starters, one of the most favorable aspects is the exceptionally large objective lens it has for being a mini red dot sight…
This huge objective lens gives you a wide field of view (FOV) when looking through the optic, and it’s always an advantage when you can see more while shooting…
On top of that, with a carbine like the Scorpion, you’re going to want fast target acquisition, so you can start delivering effective shots quickly…
Now, even though it has that huge objective lens, the MRO is still classified as a mini red dot sight, and it’s much more compact and lightweight than a lot of “full-size” red dot sights that you’ll find on the market. So just as with the Micro T2, the MRO will keep your Scorpion lightweight and handy when it’s mounted on the top rail…
Also, the MRO does come with either a red or a green (2 MOA dot) reticle, and my personal favorite is the red because I find it to be just a little bit quicker for my eye to pick up…
That being said, there are many phenomenal shooters who prefer green. So I think it’s a smart move by Trijicon to offer this sight with the option of getting a green or red reticle depending on your own personal preference…
Another thing I love about the MRO is that it’s solidly built and rugged to the hilt. Trijicon knows how to make durable sights, and this optic can really take a beating without having any issues…
In addition to that, the brightness adjustment knob, which is situated on the top of the sight, is extremely easy to use, and the sight has eight brightness settings, two of which are compatible with night vision…
Next, the battery life on the MRO is super long and will last for around 4 years (so you don’t have to worry about it dying on you), and the body is made from a 7075 Aluminum housing with dry nitrogen which is fully-sealed for optimum protection against dust and water…
Last, the windage and elevation controls are sub-flushed and easily adjusted with a coin or the rim of a cartridge. So overall, the MRO is another fantastic choice because it’s super tough, has super long battery life, gives you a huge field of view, and comes in your choice of a red or green reticle.

3. Aimpoint PRO (Patrol Rifle Optic)
If you want an ultra-tough red dot sight for your CZ Scorpion, then the Patrol Rifle Optic (PRO) from Aimpoint is an excellent choice. With unlimited eye relief, three-years worth of battery life, a 10-year warranty, and waterproofing up to 150ft, this full size red-dot sight is ideally suited for the toughest tasks and the most demanding environments…
It features a quick-mounting system that uses an oversized auto-torquing knob, meaning you only need your hands to take it on and off (without any tools), and it also has a 2MOA red dot, which as I mentioned earlier is great for shooting fast and accurately…
Also, because the Aimpoint PRO is a full size red dot sight, you get a larger field of view when looking through the optic than you do when looking through a mini red dot sight, and as I mentioned earlier, seeing more is always a benefit when you’re shooting…
In terms of brightness settings, the PRO gives you four nighttime and six daytime settings, so you can dial it into the perfect brightness regardless of the lighting conditions that you’re shooting in…
And it can easily be co-witnessed with back up iron sights depending on how high you choose to mount it on the Scorpion’s top rail…
So all in all, the Aimpoint PRO is another fantastic option especially if you want to get Aimpoint quality and toughness in an optic with a more affordable price tag than the Micro T2.

4. Holosun HS510C
Number 4 on my list is the Holosun HS510C, and there are a number of features that truly set it apart from other red dot sights on the market…
This lightweight, rugged and durable red dot sight comes with two programmable reticle options which include a 2 MOA dot and a 2 MOA dot surrounded by a 65 MOA Circle (The Holosun Circle Dot Reticle)…
The Circle Dot Reticle is my favorite reticle on any red dot sight. I love it because the 65 MOA circle makes it super easy to shoot fast at large targets up close, but at the same time, you still have the 2 MOA dot in the center for precision shots at small targets in the distance…
It’s just a fantastic reticle, and I wish that all my red dot sights had it. In addition to that, the lens that you get with the 510C is extremely clear and the sight window is huge which gives you an amazing field of view when aiming through the sight…
Also, the titanium alloy hood and aluminum body translate into an ultra-tough reflex sight, and it comes with an included mount so you won’t have to spend extra money just to put it on your gun…
The brightness and clarity of the reticle are also fantastic, and the 510C also has 50,000 hours of battery life (on setting 6), Shake Awake technology (which means the sight will turn off when not in use and turn on again as soon as it senses motions, thus saving you battery life), and a solar panel on top which will allow you to run this sight without a battery if you choose or ever need to…
On top of all of that, the Holosun 510C is a surprisingly affordable optic. So all in all, I think the 510C is another amazing red dot that you can easily mount on the CZ Scorpion because it has long battery life, a circle dot reticle, Shake Awake technology, a solar failsafe, and several other incredibly useful features.

5. Sig Sauer Romeo5 (Best Budget Pick!)
The last red dot on my list is an amazing choice if you’re looking for a budget red dot for your Scorpion, and it is the Sig Sauer Romeo5…
Now, there are many reasons why the Romeo5 is a great optic for the Scorpion. For example, it’s a compact, tough, reliable, and clear optic which comes in at a surprisingly affordable price point…
It’s also equipped with some pretty useful features such as Sig’s MOTAC auto-sensing system which will switch the sight off when sensing no movement for two minutes or longer (preserving the battery life), and it will reactivate to the previous setting when the optic senses motion (so its ready to go when you need it)…
On top of that, the battery life is ultra along at around 40,000 hours, and the 2 MOA reticle makes it quick to use for shots up close and precise for targets at greater distances…
The push-button brightness adjustments are also sturdy and very easy to use, and this optic comes with a low and high mount so you can configure it exactly how you’d like to on your Scorpion right out of the box…
All in all, this is a fantastic red dot if you’re on a budget because it’s tough, has long battery life, has auto on/auto off technology, and has a very useful 2 MOA dot reticle.
